Since 2020, we’ve dreamed of sharing one of nature’s rare treasures—acacia honey—with our family and yours. From the glacial soils of Cooperstown, New York, we are cultivating a stand of American Acacia that will bloom only with nature’s blessing, offering our honeybees the chance to gather this uniquely delicate nectar.
